Central Ceiling & Partition, Inc. (CCP) was founded by Rick Scharich in 1973 under the name of Tri-Town Drywall. Originally operating as a residential drywall, painting, and insulation contractor in the Midland area, by 1980 CCP began performing work in commercial markets throughout the state under it's current name. The decade of the 1980's marked CCP's entry into the additional trade work of metal framing, carpentry, plastering, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, and fireproofing. For the year 2000, CCP was ranked by Engineering News in the top 500 US construction companies of all specialty trades; and number 24th in size nationally as a drywall/interior ( www.centralceiling.net )
