We are Applicators Sales & Service Inc., a family owned and operated wholesale building product company. We are celebrating over 47 years of "Building Relationships with Building Products". We are located in Portland, Maine and service the Northeast with a full array of the most recognized and respected building products available. Our company began in 1958 selling basic materials, including the most popular sidings, along with bird seed and coal (left over from the business that the two original owners took over). As the story goes, the bird seed and coal kept the company solvent that first year (we're also told that the bird seed and coal kept the two owners fed, and warm during that first long cold Maine Winter!!!).
